True. Our local Cumulus Radio outlet (Q98) has only remedied that recently. 
Used to be about 10 of the hour before they gave legal ID. Now (at least during 
the weekdays) they've added the calls to a standard radio sounder that plays at 
or near the top of the hour). It's easy if you have two seconds before the city 
of licensure. 

Of course there's always the Bob radio station on 96.5 that has the cutest IDs.
