They've got something in common with yours truly, of course... and it's got nothin' to do with 'Net access or *the power* going out in a storm... it stems from that stupid formula the social giant now has to determine what's "news" to each user... and got more complicated by the rash of amateur forecasters that can often throw the 'book into near-chaos...
