US District Judge Shira ("Don't Call Me Judy") Scheindlin allows a fan
group's complaint against MLB and the NHL, along with Comcast and DirecTV,
over pricing for their marquee out-of-market TV and online packages, seen
as the leagues hiding behind their antitrust exemptions where they might
not actually apply...
