As with many things relating to this referendum, it's not at all clear what happens to media in Scotland should they leave the UK. I would anticipate that ITV would continue broadly as it does now. It's worth noting that STV (who own the Scottish ITV licence) had a falling out with the network for a while which resulted in series like Downton Abbey not being broadcast at the time.
With the BBC, it's more complicated, and I probably should steer clear of making any suggestions since they now pay my wages. But like the worst of divorces, it'd be incredibly messy.
