The issue of how much collegians playing televised football and men's 
basketball should be paid may come to a head soon, after a group of 
students brought a class action against various TV networks, collegiate 
conferences and licensing companies charging all with unfairly profiting 
from their participation... oddly, while an NCAA-required form is at the 
center of the complaint, the accompanying papers do not mention the 
organization as a defendant, but as we all know, they could be tossed into 
the mix later...
