I do find it amusing of the episode of "Omnibus" about the moon on the night of the Apollo 11 landing--probably the only time that Judi Dench and "The" Pink Floyd were on the same TV show.
Some of these one would think would be corrected immediately. Richard Baker is not "unknown" as the BBC's main news anchor for many years and should have gotten immediately changed to "Presenter." And I did for a "Lucy Show" listing put in the names of Vivian Vance and Gale Gordon's characters on that show (Viv and Theodore J. Mooney, to be exact).
