I wasn't familiar of the work of Diem Brown, who was a contestant on MTV's "Real World/Road Rules Challenge" and went on to host what is now known as "The Challenge," along with doing entertainment reporting for the channel, but anyone dying of cancer at the age of 32 in this day and age is just tragic--she had cancer for ten years before collapsing while on the set of "The Challenge" in Mexico in August and undergoing two emergency surgeries to attempt to remove a tumor--she also founded MedGift.com, a crowdsourcing web site to raise funds for medical patients encountering health-related hardships:
