The Will Arnett sitcom will shoot one more episode and an episode will air 
Monday night, but the second season series is dead:

I'm not going to defend the series, because it was a standard-issue CBS 
multi-cam (despite its good cast), but there's in the above link a comment 
from a David Kelley apologist who's always bitching about NBC cancelling 
"Harry's Law" more or less intimating that Nina Tassler and/or Les Moonves 
is responsible for Robin Williams' suicide by cancelling "The Crazy Ones" 
instead of this show last season.  God, the Internet...
