This must be one of "TV By The Numbers" biggest misses in a long time. Back
in October they wrote:

"While [we] like to make pre-season "certain to be renewed" predictions for

And, as late as this last Tuesday, they listed it as "certain to be
renewed" (and it is still listed that way as of 9:56 pm PT):

I agree it is absurd and ugly to bring Robin Williams' death into this, but
Deadline does note that the decision by CBS to renew The Millers (a show I
have never seen) while canceling a few others, (including a few others,
like The Crazy Ones, which I either also never saw or only saw once) was
controversial at the time (

as TVBTN notes above, CBS was seen as favoring the show because it was
looking for big bucks in syndication. Apparently that got trumped by the
damage The Millers seems to have been doing to Scorpion's ratings.
