Nick Bernstein ran NBC late-night for five years, including both Leno and Conan, until joining Conanco to showrun "The Pete Holmes Show"--he'll now be in charge of CBS late night, starting with James Corden (I assume that as long as Dave's still around, Dave, Rob and Peter are still in charge instead of the network):
