Having done security at similar shows, the ones that occur in hotels are notoriously easier to gain access to since the hotel has to remain open for guests. If the hotel has a bar, that's the easiest way in. Dress appropriately and walk with purpose -- as if you know where you're going and deserve to have the access -- and the guys in the suits with the earpieces won't mess with you.
