(link): "The U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, adopted in 1977, makes it 
a crime for companies based in the U.S. to bribe foreign officials in an 
effort to improve their business prospects." Neither NewsCorp nor 21st 
Century Fox as of now have violated said law, but a Justice Dept talker 
said their probe could be reopened should new evidence surface...
