Hulu Plus subscribers (I assume, since they're the ones who pay) will have 
access starting in July to back episodes of most Showtime original series 
and documentaries, along with current episodes, making SHO the first 
premium channel to use the NBCU/Fox/Disney-owned streamer (in Netflix's 
early streaming years, they had an agreement with Starz that included 
feature films, which seem not to be included with the SHO/Hulu deal):

No indication of exclusivity, meaning that CBS All Access could still 
possibly offer streams of CBS-owned Showtime Networks properties (the
