Dad suffered a seizure last night.

For at least 10 minutes after dinner, he was standing near the kitchen
sink, feeling very disoriented, continually turning in a circle as if
looking for something, struggling to talk but not being able to form words
never mind sentences, seeing a very different picture with his mind than
with his eyes... until finally collapsing to the floor, convulsing a few
times before briefly falling asleep until EMS got there.

His smoking, plus a couple of strokes, likely opened up the way for this,
but he apparently decided when we lost mom that science wasn't going to
keep him of this earth any longer than nature would. I'd love to wish away
whatever suffering he still may have.

I'm going to rest now. B
