Sunday night he was moved out of ICU to a regular room. Now my two brothers, his MD, hospital people, and presumably a rep from his insurer start thrashing out how, if at all, a nursing-rehab facility can help.
Enough of the participating places are close, but one that's literally walking distance from his house doesn't take his insurance, and he doesn't want to deal anymore with the one he, and mom, were previously in, nor others run by the same company.
