The 25-yr-old feller approached Fox-45 intending to get video footage stored on a thumb drive (I use some of those) aired, after setting his car on fire in the building's parking lot, but once rebuffed by security he announced that under his white body suit was a vest bomb... evacuation was ordered, police snipers subdued him with several shots, the bomb was foil-wrapped candy bars.
