Sorry -- everything about that dress was inappropriate for her job.

 

But I don't think she should've been handed a sweater while she was doing her

Considering that a certain Chicago news anchor has her boobs sticking out every 
night (not in a low-cut dress, but still noticeable), the prudishness of what 
Chen was wearing is puzzling.
