The taping I saw (which was in November) was pretty close to an hour (which came as a relief to the wife and I, as we were going to a show right after). The band setup was lightning quick (much faster than at the Dave tapings so went to).
The biggest glitch was that they held the audience in the lobby of the Ed forever with nothing to do or watch. That was a much smoother process pre-Colbert. I'd imagine the biggest holdup now would be setting up set pieces like the tent fort or the lawn. Of course, our taping was six months ago and there's a new EP, so who knows?
