This space cleared up for me a couple of weeks ago that Lauer and Guthrie are still the hosts of Today, but, she was not in Rio because she is pregnant and had Zikka worries. But it looks like Morales is no longer reading the news (I have seen her called the "West Coast Anchor" for Today (whatever that might mean), but my FB feed kept screaming over the weekend that she bought a $6M dollar home in LA with apparently some TV tabloid money). Does Bob's note here mean that Billy Bush is now the News Anchor for the Today Show? That seems too sad to be true, even by the ever lowering standards of the Today Show. Did he get the job off of the strength of his hard nosed journalism on the Ryan Lochte interview on the beach?
