I never understood the appeal of BB, and would support firing him just for being him. I would feel better about disciplining him for this incident if they specifically cited his role in facilitating the kiss between Trump and the Soap actress, after we heard their disgusting conversation about it. That part is not just offensive speech by Bush, but an abuse of his role as a host on the show.
