It's not even close, really. She Who Will Not Be Named pioneered the 
one-size-fits-all overplayed characterization (I defy anyone to tell me the 
difference between, say, Target Lady and the woman who reviewed movies) and 
set the standard. McKinnon is a mere pretender, though she's doing her 
darnedest to come up to the mark.
