The voice actors and motion capture performers who are SAG/AFTRA are striking over working conditions, including overuse of the voice in any one session, injuries on-set by mocap performers, lack of residuals and failure to fully identify roles to performers (as the video game companies are forever trying to keep the competition from knowing what they're doing--non-disclosure agreements are par for the course)--the major companies say that their release schedules will not be affected (and I expect that they will try to bring in scabs as much as they can):
