I suspect they will strike, but with TV seasons ending and pilots already written, the public won't notice right away, which is usually bad for those striking. The one who will be affected most is Colbert, who has edged ahead with an ensemble writing staff. If, like last time, the big name stars stop doing talk shows in solidarity with the other unions, all the late night hosts are going to struggle.
