I have just registered for this test, which will be held on three nights (May 30-June 1) and received a confirmation email. I last took the test in October, but was not called for an audition. I believe it will be the eighth time taking the test, having been called for auditions three times (so far).
This may mean a new pattern for the show, with tests announced near the beginning and end of each season instead of held in January. We'll see come the fall. (Of course, tests for the special shows, including sports, are held at different times during the year.)
