There is a long history of cable series of all kinds being unable to transfer their success to OTA TV (remember, Stephen Colbert is not doing "The Colbert Report" on CBS weeknights at 11:35), but a bet is being made this summer that Andy Cohen's cheeky Bravo talker "Watch What Happens Live" will be able to make the transfer off cable, as several Fox and Sinclair-owned stations will be giving the series a six-week trial run starting June 26 in various time slots, including the late-night slots the show airs on Bravo (I guess no one told Sinclair that Cohen is gay):

In addition, some Fox-owned stations will be testing in July the tentatively-titled game show "iWitness," created by Judge Judy Sheindlin, produced by FremantleMedia and Scott St. John ("Deal or No Deal," the current "Match Game" reboot), hosted by John "Skunk Boy" Henson and syndicated by Debmar Mercury, Fremantle's partner on "Family Feud." The game tests contestants' ability to remember details from various video clips. -- -- TV or Not TV .... The Smartest (TV) People!
