I went a couple years ago, and thought it was very substantial and interesting. I would definitely recommend it to the members of this list. I think a big issue is that its admission charge is comparable to that charged by other big-city museums, but — especially given its location on Pennsylvania Avenue just north of the Mall — it’s competing for visitors with the free-admission Smithsonian museums. -- -- TV or Not TV ....
