A bunch of Republican presidential candidates, including Jeb Bush and the
$130 million behind him, underestimated the strength of Trump's attacks.
Logically it's an easy argument to punch holes in. I don't know that
Trump's base uses logic that much. I think in a few weeks the NFL could
look wistfully at the time when its ratings were down only 13 percent.
Plus, there's just fatigue with the bloated egos in the NFL. Look at what
the idiots Bears player did to lose a certain touchdown because he started
to celebrate or taunt too early. That kind of crap is making people stick
of the game as well.
