It's been that way for years. The station that doesn't have the 
doubleheader shows non-football stuff in the late slot, unless the home 
team is at home in the first half of the doubleheader.

I do notice that a lot of times a station will show the 4:05 game, so they 
won't compete with the home team, even if the home team is lousy. Any 
reason for that?
