Musical only. But I'm not assuming that SNL didn't think to ask, as is inferred in the phrase "Did they *even* use him in sketches..." He was in his mid-30s when he dressed up as a turkey. He's now 77 years old. If he just wants to sing and conduct his septet, that's his prerogative.
