I mostly agree withKevin PG&E’s archaic equipment is also responsible for
the devastating Napa fire last year). But it is also true that the Malibu
Colony predictably deal with cycles of fire and mudslides. But Kevin is
absolutely right that the fire danger in CA has reached unusual
proportions, due to drought and (don’t say it to loud) climate change...
