I realize I’m potentially jinxing it, but even taking into consideration their wild reputations, most (admittedly not all) of the Right Stuff guys stayed married, raised families, and remained committed to pushing boundaries and exploring the limits of mankind. Not saying there weren’t #metoo moments, but it seems proportionately, the old flyboys turned out to be basically good guys.
