Really? I’m not sure about equating divorce with not being a good guy, and
also not sure who specifically you mean by “The Right Stuff guys” ( early
jet test pilots, Mercury Astronauts, all Astronauts?), but my understanding
was that a large fraction of the Mercury guys cheated pretty badly on their
wives, most of the wives were pretty miserable, and eventually most got
divorced.
