I wrote a note to Roku customer service politely telling them that if they followed through with this jackass stunt, they'd find two fewer Roku devices in use come Monday.
It's as if they watched millions of people get pissed with their cable companies over the past decade or two and went "Hey: we gotta get us a piece of that!"
