They're fan made and reward obsessive knowledge. The one I watched was useful for recalling plot points from Nemesis and showing how they continue in Picard. But there was too much speculation about how much you can draw from some set design details. I wouldn't make the choice of quick cut martial arts for interpersonal unarmed violence relevant to the quality of a show or movie.
