Check with your local cable provider. In my area Spectrum offers their premium channel package (HBO, Showtime, TMC, Startz and Encore) for $15/month. This includes access to all of their linear channels plus access to their on demand apps. Spectrum announced an agreement with AT&T where their HBO subscribers would also have access to HBO Max.
