Both BAs (N and WN) are doing as good a job as any sport, no fans, and
playing in a (semi) bubble. I have not seen actual WNBA games, but I like
how the NBA has the digital fans in the stands, and after a pen uneven
start they are getting the artificial crowd noise better.

The NFL could not play all games in a self contained complex, but probably
could have had 4-5 hubs, with multiple games played on same field each day,
Maybe F-M (Assuming no HS football). And they could have required all
players and staff to co-shelter in team facility at home and, if necessary,
on road. And having fans in game is insane, and the initial insistence on
it surely a mark of Trump’s influence on the league. If that insistence is
starting to melt in the face of reality, all to the good.
