Hi, When I tuned in the DC affiliate to watch Stephen tonight, the anchor indicated we would join him in progress. We ended up missing very little, the cold open plus half of the credit sequence. Easily picked up tomorrow.
I'm assuming that the ACM Awards ran a little over. It did strike me as weird that the local affiliate would join in progress when tonight's Late Show was new. Did anyone else in the Eastern and Central time zones have this happen? I'm kind of thinking the local affiliate called an audible, missed a switch or something.
