Back when I had an A-Team van, I followed several other Enforcer Van owners
on YouTube, looking ideas on how to better my ride. Among the worst was a
guy who called himself VideoBob. He owns a garage where he makes replica
show cars. And he seemingly half-asses every aspect of their
creation/repair. It’s genuinely baffling the stuff he posts on his channel,
ostensibly to attract business and to sell cars, as the videos almost
always contain flaws in the vehicles, or in the attempt to make the cars
true replicas.

Anyway, last year he acquired one of the cars used in the TV movie “Knight
Rider 2000.” Set in what was then the near future, KITT was eventually put
inside a prototype vehicle which looked similar to Pontiac’s Banshee
concept car. After its use in the TV movie, the car went on to appear in
the CHiPs reunion TV movie, as well as an episode of Power Rangers, and
even Shannen Doherty’s Scare Tactics. In videos still available on
VideoBob’s YouTube channel, you can see that the engine is totally shot,
the interior is a mess, and there is severe cosmetic damage. The car is in
reality an old Mitsubishi/Dodge Stealth. VideoBob slapped a new coat of
paint on it, and now he’s selling it on EBay... asking price is $20k!
