NBC has always owned "Concentration." It was licensed in 1973 (under orders from daytime programming chief Lin Bolen to get producer Norm Blumenthal fired for not following her mandates) to Victory Television, who then hired G-T to produce. The license eventually ran out and Fremantle's BUZZR is paying NBCU for the two versions they run daily. Some of the first episodes of "Classic Concentration" (Trebek) had the Fremantle vanity card added at the end, but the 70s version has no added vanity card--not even NBCU.
