ABC may have referred to Nielsen as a "media measurement company," but they 
also have a business unit that measures consumer buying behavior. In addition, 
they own Gracenote, which licenses media metadata to other services - for 
example, most cable and satellite providers use Gracenote TV listings for their 
on-screen displays.
