Kevin M, Aug 6th: Setting aside the issue of her culpability, and setting (mostly) aside the issue of her mental health history… it’s being reported that TMZ was tailing her at the time. And I can’t shake the image of Princess Diana’s death being pursued by paparazzi. Maybe there’s a connection, maybe not… I don’t know. But I know there is another celebrity stalker site akin to the old Gawker Stalker. And again I won’t claim any connection, but if she was struggling with her mental health (which she’s been very open about for years) and if TMZ was lurking behind her hoping for a juicy story… then TMZ needs to be ended.
