David Bruggeman, to Joe Hass, PGage, and Kevin M, April 28th 2022: Given the thread title I think it's worth noting that the suspension referred in the title was last year, though it is possible ESPN might decide to do something stupid and suspend her now. The lawsuit is today. Apparently the suit alleges that certain individuals at the network were allowed the kind of expression she was denied.
