Given the thread title I think it's worth noting that the suspension 
referred in the title was last year, though it is possible ESPN might 
decide to do something stupid and suspend her now.  The lawsuit is today.

Apparently the suit alleges that certain individuals at the network were 
allowed the kind of expression she was denied.  One of those named in the 
suit as allegedly enjoying such expression, Dan LeBatard, is no longer at 
the network in part over disputes over his attempts to do this.
