Northwest Side Chicago girl Cynthia Cichorski got into radio when she went to Northern Illinois University in DeKalb--when commercial station in town WLBK wanted to hire her and she also wanted to continue to be a DJ at student station WKDI, she took on the name "Cindy Morgan" (from Morgan LeFay in the King Arthur stories), which stuck for the rest of her career--after graduating Ms. Morgan was a weather girl at the Rockford CBS affil then known as WCEE and a DJ in Chicago at WSDM and started doing auto show modeling, which led her to commercials and to the west coast and the career-making role in "Caddyshack," and a couple of years later she had a lead role in "Tron," guaranteeing her steady money from SF fest appearances for years--on TV, she was a co-star on "Bring 'em Back Alive" and "Falcon Crest" and off camera did charity work for veterans--Ms. Morgan was found dead in her Florida home on Dec. 30:
