The US's heel turn is the only thing helping this tournament.

I just checked the four games in Montreal on SeatGeek. The get-in price for
the Canada-USA game is just over $300 American, Canada-Sweden is at about
$120, and the other two games are less than half that.

$300 is a lot to pay just to boo an anthem, but there is no accounting for
taste some times.
