It would probably help if I pasted the info into the msg. before I hit the send
button. Sorry I'm not awake yet, damned time change.

It is OK now. I did three 920s today on G1-3. This is a copy of my messages to
and from my NPS contact.

IPG download stream is officially G1-3it may take several days for the bugs to

work out.
You can do digital programming re-hits G0-101 if re-hits on G1-3 do not
work.
Per our tech Supervisor it is okay to do soft resets again.

Hi Summer
I finally got it by waiting one hour for the new mapping to get loaded before
trying to get the
guide. My guess as to why they made the change to G1-3 is they cut back on the
allotted band width
for the update data and are using the rest for programming. It means it takes
longer to get the
download to the point that it won't go to G0 anymore for the guide. I would
recommend you tell
anyone having a problem with the 920 to wait one hour after the worm up and
G1-3 reappears in the
front panel display before touching anything. After that if they hit the guide
button and it does
not say that it is going to G0 then the remap has been successful.
sincerely
Jim
