Actually this figure can be somewhat misleading. The figure that is quoted below deals with analog VideoCipher modules that are authorized for at least one service. If a service transitions to digital like the recent Denver stations did, and the subscriber only subscribed to the Denver 5 channels, then they would be included among the deauthorizations even though they may still have the service as a subscriber to the new Denver 8 that are Digicipher channels.
