Actually I believe it's the fear factor that C-Band owners have about spending monies for programming who realize that analog service might be gone tomorrow ! Why would any one want to buy WGN programming for example in analog ?
When every thing becomes digital and the consumer has insurances that there would not be any lost of programming ( losing money to credit for programming someone isn't interested in ) C-Band owners like myself would be counted again .
