Yes, you can buy a receiver and subscribe on the Dish Network Cash & Carry program. You are limited to the packages available through Dish Network. You cannot just pick A La Carte like C-Band. I am in Westminster (about 15 miles from you) and would be glad to help. I would need to know if your Dual LNBF is a Legacy (older dual) or DP (Dish Pro) or DP Plus.
