I had a problem with G3 of not getting all of the channels. 
NPS could not help and had me call Motorola. They had 
me do a lot of things. Then said - sorry but think you need 
to do a default reset. - so I did now sitting on G1 ch 150

getting the DC light on ch 3. 

When should to clock reset? 
Or is there a way to know when everything has been downloaded?
