Diff reduction between QW and NQ versions of vid_sdl.c; SGIS multitexturing support
has been dropped in the process (I hope nobody cares...). Make the Z_CheckHeap call
depends on the PARANOID define. Removed useless #include in zone.c. Updated RPM spec
